No refunds
Bought them in place of my mum for my niece and nephew, them appeared larger than in person than in the picture and were simple too big for young kids.Went to request a refund and found that you couldn’t get one. Went through the process as normal and couldn’t understand why, until noticing refunds and returns are not an option
