Love the flavor these provide to m meals. I had purchased an automatic grinder and wanted to make my own mixes. These are the perfect balance to mix with different flavored salts and spices. I'm very pleased.

Finally tried the peppercorns in the last several weeks. The more use them, the more I like them. They taste different than plain black pepper and have a slight hot pepper ting to them. I will buy more.

Too sweet for me. Prouduct though was on time and reported as described.

this is a great mixture of peppercorns, but the package is a crisp cellophane which tore quickly when I gently tried to pry the edges apart. The result was peppercorns scattered everywhere and I lost about a third of them. I probably would not purchase again for that reason.

Pepper mix is fresh and high quality. Nice even mix, not mostly black pepper like in the grocery. I will be purchasing again.

You have a great product. If you get the spices from the islands, whatever. If the product comes to you fresh (shelf life is short regardless of what you have heard or not heard.I would invest in a vacuum machine as this is less expensive then the plastic bottles cost. Will preserve the freshness and flavor

This is a great mix, but I had to pick out some of the coriander when using it on steaks & pasta. I keep the unadulterated mix for lamb & it works great. Considering we can fill the old McCormick grinder 4 times for the cost of 2- and without wasting a perfectly good grinder, this is a fantastic deal. When we run out I'll be buying a bigger size

Wonderful flavor, little smaller than I expected

The "Szechuan pepper corns" that is indicated in the ingredients is Allpice and is too large to be ground in a mill. You grind and after a while the allspice is all separated in the mill from the rest of the mix as whole berries. I don't undertake why is says Szechuan in the ingredients on both Amazon and the actual supplier's website. If you want all the corns to grind at the same time you have to pick out all allprice and crush them then add them back to the mill because they are far too large to be ground whole.

Very nice blend. Not super hot.
