Love this firepit! Only one “con” is that the holes for the screws that attach the top to the sides do not line up properly. I managed to get three in, but the 4th one, forget about it. It was so far out of alignment there’s zero chance in getting it screwed in.That being said, I’d still buy it again. We’ve already enjoyed a few nights out next to it and planning another tomorrow. It’s worth the money for sure.

Don't think I received a new product as seen in photos it had damage as I was putting it together going to get a tank for it tomorrow and see how it works but not impressed with it being listed as new and clearly a used product and possibly damaged which is nothing to play with when it comes to propane!

I could see a spark on the ignitor when I clicked the knob, gas was flowing (I could smell and see it), but the thing wouldn't light. Emailed the support team and they said to just ask amazon for a refund because they couldn't troubleshoot it. Really disappointing, seems like a waste of a product just because one small thing wasn't working. Luckily amazon refunded even though it was 2 weeks after the refund deadline.

This is the second unit we've had... ordered a replacement because the first one wouldn't stay lit. Having the same problem with the replacement. We need to push the ignite button in if we want the gas to steadily flow and stay ignited. Horrible. Nice design and size, wish it would actually work!
