This TherMix is boxed especially for UPS shipments. TherMix insulation has been used as a chimney liner insulation for decades. It is UL Listed for use with Ventinox Liners as well as many other liner brands in the industry. It is a dry mix that should be mixed thoroughly with from 7-9 gallons of water. Then it is easily poured into the cavity between the stainless steel liner and the chimney flue. TherMix is lightweight and adds superior structural strength to the chimney installation. TherMix maintains a consistent liner temperature and reduces condensation. It increases efficiency aiding in quick start-ups and helps establish draft and greatly reducing smoking upon starting. Each 40 pound bag of TherMix insulates 3.25 cubic feet.
