This small model was easy to build and directions simple. My favorite building in Rome, and this model is very realistic. A plus is being able to view the interior.

A great add to my bookshelf decor on the Roman section. Visual directions were great (watch out for folded piece at first). Detail and coloring are very good. Precision of the piece-cutting is excellent; all parts fitted exactly right. Fun to take the removable top off and peek inside. I will surely buy another, different model.

Having built many cubicfun kits (which are well made), this Umbum kit was amazing as it mostly hides the tabs, and the actual printed material is textured accordingly to real textures. Having the option to remove the dome and see a well-detailed interior is pretty awesome for such a little kit. This took about an hour to build and was a lot of fun.

Easy enough to assemble (age guide reasonable), beautiful to look at, dome comes off easily to expose the ornate interior after complete assembly, which is a nice touch. Not an easy landmark to find in a paper puzzle, so a gem in our collection.

Unlike many recent models, this has pieces printed on a paper, not foam, core. But the pieces are reassuringly stiff and not susceptible to bending. The model is well designed and results in a lovely structure which allows you to appreciate its inside and outside. I would love to see more like this.
