Perfect for two reasons: great customer service and high quality product.I bought this on March. Last month (October), it suddently shot down in the middle of a ride and didn't came back. The problem solved after charging, and two weeks later it happened again. I'm assuming that the charging indicator just stopped working. I contacted support and they immediately sent me a new set! Without asking questions apart from my address :-) I was sure that they will ask me to send it back, they will check it and fix / replace it, and the whole process will be long and tedious, but it wasn't. So, big thumbs up for a perfect customer service!Now for the product itself. It is very bright and very easy to use. I have another front light, that cost double and it's not even a set of front+back lights. Altough marked as 450 lumens the more expensive one is just a bit brighter than the Owl. The more expensive product was advertised with a feature that let people on your side notice you easily. In that sense the Owl wins easily. The sides of the light are very noticable.Lastly, the battery on this one is amazing! It holds charge for very long time. During the summer I used it for probably 30 minutes every two weeks or so, and charged it only once in two months!Overall, I can highly recommend this product.

I've had these lights for several weeks now and I am so far pleased with them. They are bright, and the front light needs recharging only for a brief time. The batteries in the rear light are still working. (I use both in flashing mode). These lights are easy to attach and detach from the bike and the rubber attachments are so far showing no sign of wearing out.Just to update: the front light no longer works and the rear light fades despite new batteries. Dissappointed!!

I have an off road electric bike and this little light set is ideal, I am not too adventurous so the light provided is good for me. I know there are more powerful pro sets with wide penetrating beam etc but they do cost a lot more.A good value product. I usually charge overnight and have been out for 2-3 hours without loss of light.

These two lights have stopped working altogether and cannot be charged. They seemed like good value but are actually a waste of money altogether.

These lights are really bright. The reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is that I'm not so keen on the rubber style mounting straps (that attach the lights to the bike). They are a bit of a fiddle to get on and off and they don't feel as firm as other types of mounting that I've had. Despite my reservations, the lights didn't move about too much when I went out with them.
