I used up to four large capsules of this stuff twice a day but I never noticed any decrease in my appetite. I like most Bulk Supplements and this particular product didn't help me.

Was enough product to place in glass quart container. Product is good quality. I placed it in a small container and wet my finger and place it under my tongue. It dissolves quickly and gets into your system even faster.

Seemed to work but was hard to work with because of how fine the powder was.

Not appetite suppressant. Disappointed!

Quality herb company but the herb did not curb my appetite at all. Of course, if the herb was the only food in the world then it would work because it tastes so bitter. Nasty!

maybe works but so bitter. We both couldn't take it more then ones. We will try capsules

I bought the product to reduce my feeling of being hungry after eating breakfast and lunch.

It seems to do what it says. I've noticed my appetite is down some. Watch out for the taste though, yuck!
