My older cabin has a sloped floor, so when the door opens the distance to keep it sealed is not level. I needed something deep enough to make contact with a wider than normal gap. There were few that had the depth I needed, but this one worked great! The adhesive really sticks to the door, and the edging strip gradually grazes the change in floor height when opening. This was an excellent fix to my draft problem.

Has worked well for several months now and repeated use. Easy to install.

The one sold locally appeared to be about 1.5" max and the new house we got had a few doors with 2.5" gaps underneath so this worked out well. Noise/sound cancellation is so-so but it does block the air circulation better. Installation can be a pain for a single individual due to length. If you have a guide in place then I imagine it'd make things easier because once you place it, you cannot remove or reposition it without either peeling off the paint and/or messing up the adhesive part. You want to place it (ideally) almost flush to the floor but not so close that it will actually drag and make noise. If it is placed that low, with time and opening and closing the door, the adhesive part may come apart (peeling the paint in the process). So, if unsure, error on the side of leaving 1mm-3mm gap at the bottom between this and the floor. Here is a tip to ensure such a gap: Place 4-5 pages of 8"x11" printer paper on the floor when placing this so when you remove the paper sheets, it should give you the ideal gap at the bottom.

So far it’s working well to keep bugs out. We were in the living room and literally saw a water bug crawling under the door! I ordered this immediately that night and applied it the next day. So far, it’s working well and it’s keeping bugs out. It was easy to apply. I just followed all the directions and made sure my door was cleaned properly. It’s still sticking and not coming up. I also like that this is renter-friendly because I’m in an apartment so I can’t make big changes, but this works!

It’s fine, it has stayed on but it doesn’t block out the light from under the door like I had hoped. Just covers the gap. So if you’re buying it with this in mind, look elsewhere. Will have to buy another

Very easy installation. Looks great.

I had a large gap at the bottom of the door. I wanted to make sure that not only was it covered, but that the constant motion of the sweep scraping the floor wouldn't cause the plastic to break at a weak point. This sweep has a wider top section and adds to support to the thinner flap part that hits the floor. I installed it in the spring, so it was very flexible right out of the bag. No problems with the tape. Stuck right where I put it. I didn't cut it to the exact length of the door until it was installed. That way I didn't have any unnecessary gaps on either end of the door. All that was needed to cut the strip was a sharp pair of scissors. Looks fantastic, and I'm sure this winter I'll like the fact that cold air from the mud room isn't coming into the kitchen.

Easy to install....perfect size ...fills the big gap at the bottom of the screen door. I hope it holds up long term. Nice produc9t

The width of the product is only 2 cm. But as per advertise it is 3 cm. So the item is not fitted to my door. I need the product of 3 inch width.

This Door Draft Stopper is awesome. The adhesive is very, very strong. It is looking amazing on the door and it covers the gap perfectly. I'll definitely be buying a few more. Thank you Amazon

Product description says 3 inch whereas delivered product is 2 inch. Need replacement. Will add to this review if the product supplier replaces. Till then 0 star

The specification told that it was 3" in width but it was of just 2". Even the quality was poor. So I returned it.
