Love the size. It’s the perfect size to put on any any of your body and it’s easy to store in the freezer. I love how it has a handle so when I have a headache I can hold it on my head or forehead. Works very well and it’s comfortable

Like most hot/cold packs, the heat/cold doesn’t last overly long but it lasts long enough to do the job until it’s hot/cold enough again. I had to have oral surgery for a bad tooth and this was the perfect size to fit the affected area of my face whereas any heating pad was FAR too big. The strap on the back made it super easy to hold it in place. The two pack is great for the price because you can use one for heat and the other for cold. I would recommend these to anyone who has a small area they need/want to use a hot/cold pack on.

I genuinely love this company.Thank you immensely!Day 2- Update. The ice pack froze up nicely.I’ve ordered 2 more ice packs in blue for my grandsons. They are the perfect size for toddler boo boos ! The soft beads allow for wrapping around a knee or ankle if needed. Each pack has a soft handle on the back that can be held onto the sore area.I can’t wait for these to arrive at their house. I’m sure their mother with love the sweet heart shaped note. I hope she reads it to the children.

The product itself is super nice. I love how there is a direct cool/heat side and the felt side for indirect. The outer material seems to be made of lasting material.The problem is the freezer balls inside. After the first freeze, most of them burst and the gel mixed together. This makes the product a block of hard ice instead of the flexible design that the little blue balls are meant for.

I like the ice packs and it does a good job. My only issue is they don’t stay cold for very long. Other than that I would recommend getting these.

Used this for 3 days and the 4th day the pouch broke open when I tried to move around the pack. Beads everywhere.UPDATE: seller reached out and offered replacement/refund. I appreciate the effort.
