No problem with to the weight... only downside was that the product had rusted metal parts....that's why it gets a Star less

Designing could be better - white powder leaking
This is useful as a light weight for both the legs and arms - for toning.The designing is not professional - the velcro barely reaches the area where it needs to adhere - so there is the risk of it coming undone while exercising. Overlapping of the two ends is also not possible due to the bad design (the overlapping is required if the circumference of the leg or arm is smaller than the length of the product).There is a white powder leaking from several spots - in the beginning, when I opened the pack, I thought it was dust due to prolonged storage - however, after I cleaned it and started using it, every time I use it, there is white dust leaking from it.

Good weight cuffs.
These are good quality weight cuffs, considering price. I found only one issue that is, It's strap size is extremely short which make it little difficult to strap. However if you get it returned they should be able to provide with larger size of strap, as I do have one with different weight and on those strap is of perfect size. I forgot to check it when I recived these one so missed return window. I would recommend these weight cuffs.

Old and rusted product recieved
The product was very old which I received. Rusted velcro rings and sandbags leaking sand. Unhappy with the purchase.
