I had some issues with this Unit when I first purchased it, I took the issue directly to the supplier. The main issue was the distribution of the heat on the griddle was only in the center of the plate which was a concern for me. Aside from that, because it's a two burner, the plate couldn't handle the heat too much that it started to warp due to the heat. Anyway to make the long story short, they went ahead and sent me a new unit. I haven't opened the package yet but per their email, I shouldn't have any problem with it anymore. All I can say is, when it comes to Customer Service, they do take care of the problem and they make sure that the customer is happy. So I'm hoping to have a better experience when I use this unit sometime soon.

I purchased this for use at my camper, mainly for two people. The griddle function works great with plentyof cooking space. I do wish I could get temperature a little lower though. The grill function is okay, but you need to navigate some hot and cool areas. The unit is easy to clean. Onece I learn all the idiosyncrasies I think it will be a highly utilized piece of equipment. Overall a pretty good value.

The grill is smaller than I thought it would be but great for one person

BATTERY igniter, no battery included. Only uses a 20lb tank, and horrible to assembly. broken part, and dented. DO NOT BUY

I put this grill together. Hooked it up turned it on and pushed the ignitor. It was an instant flame thrower. I was lucky to get it shut off. I inspected the valves and one did not have the jet installed. Tried to use support on the manufacturer's website and got no response. I had to order the part to fix the grill.

When I purchased this grill I was skeptical because it was cheaper than other grills. We needed something small because we have a small deck and could not fit a big one. If you are cooking for 2-4 people it is fine. You will have to cook in batches if you are making multiple dishes. It is easy to clean and we love the compact size. It is light weight and easy to move around.

Got this for my husband as a gift and the burners only get hot on the back of the grill. It also doesn’t ignigjt just using the knobs so my husband has to light it with a lighter. The last time he went to light it it exploded on him and burned alll the hair off of his arm.

Can’t understand why I couldn’t return it. Wish I would have know that. Thought you guess were very accommodating to do that. Note I’m stuck with it. Just wrong!
