Waring Commercial WCW10 Café Deco Single Coffee Carafe Warmer, 120V, 5-15 Phase Plug, Single Burner Silver

I deducted two stars as I was expecting this unit to be "Made in USA". But I guess in Waring's description that "country of origin" = USA goes not mean the same. The underside of the unit explicity states "Made in China" and the unit consumes 70 watts at 115VAC.I immediately tested the unit to see if it would maintain a decent coffee temperature for a glass carafe using hot water, after a half hour water temperature measured with an instant thermometer showed 144F. For us not quite hot enough without touching up in a microwave. Covering the carafe with a light kitchen towel did help push it into the 160-170F range which was fine.It's light weight does not give the impression of "commercial" quality for it's size even though stated in the product title. We will utilize it for now and see how it's longevity progresses. If a replacement is needed we will look elsewhere.

Very attractive design while effectively keeping our coffee hot! Highly recommend this product.

I eat really slowly. To the point where I have to use the microwave three or four times to have warm food.I got this to keep my dinner plate warm and it works well.
