Great Product
A good size condenser dryer, very quiet in use easy to navigate drying programs although some are overly long. Can easily fit a double duvewt in for drying

Easy to use, good value for money
Easy to use, lots of drying options, good value for money.Only dislike is the reservoir being at the base of the machine, under a lift down panel which needs to be completely taken off to allow the container to be emptied. Not particularly accessible, but just niggle, everything else is great!!

Terrible
Pretty average performance generally. Started having problems after a year. Would turn itself off after 10 minutes, then shorted all the electricity when it is on, and now doesn’t work at all. We’ve had it just over a year. Hoover want to charge £160 to come and fix their barely a year old machine and had a very good go at selling me a £240 a year warranty ‘for next time it goes wrong’. Utter waste of money, we are going to cut our losses, bin this useless machine and buy a better brand.

Quality brand very pleased with performance
Top quality product. Impressed with how quiet it is and how quickly it can dry a full load. Slick and stylish with numerous settings. Easy to operate, clean and efficient. Would recommend.

Great Tumble Dryer with a "smart" gimic
First the dryer itself: great. Zero issues, no quibbles just a decent large sized dryer.They have added a smart feature but it's a total gimic and actually an insult to anyone who enjoys tech and smart devices.It's sold to suggest you can control the dryer via the internet - turn it on or off when heading to/fro work perhaps? Oh no you can't. The so-called "smart feature" uses VERY VERY short range signals to "tap" the app which can control a feature. Literally only when you use your phone like youd use your Contactless payment at a shop. That's it. Nothing more. Total insult to those paying for features that you'd get by simply pushing a big ol' button.

The listing stated Aquavision but the dryer sent out to us DID NOT have it
The listing stated Aquavision but the dryer sent out to us DID NOT have that feature, so we returned it.We didn't realise at first and unpacked it and loaded it up and used it, then once the load was done, I was perplexed trying to work out how to empty the water tank!We looked about and finally found it under a panel that you have to clip off each and everytime you need to empty the tank!That was not going to work for me, because i have a bad back- hence getting an easy to empty dryer with aquavision.We reported this to Amazon who organised a return and refund due to it not being as advertised.
