VERY GOOD ITEM

This is an absolute disgrace. The tools were wired together and shoved into a paper envelope. The tools are covered in soot and filth from the manufacturing process. The handles are not milled aluminium as pictured but just sections of tubing extremely crudely crimped around a mild steel shaft with very poorly cut sheet steel for blades and they are as sharp and as thin as razors. The welding is appalling. I got covered in soot just taking them out of the envelope which they had burst through with their potentially lethal corners. I have never bought anything from anywhere - eEVER - that was this far from it's description or so totally unfit for any use. I bought these to push embers around in my fireplace but they are not even good enough for that. I will not be returning them as packing them so that the postal workers would be safe would be difficult and consume large amounts of packaging that they simply do not deserve. I will take the hit for the £15 just to be rid of them. I will have to wrap them in large amounts of newspaper just so they don't destroy the dustbin. Was going to photograph them but even that would be a dirty and infuriating task. Take it from me, I don't often leave negative reviews but these items and this vendor should be avoided at all costs.

Great garden tools. Very satisfactory

Two razor sharp tools so look like they will do the job BUT- I did say razor sharp and yet delivered in a plastic bag inside a plastic bag!!! NO PADDING OR ANY PROTECTION WHATSOEVER FOR THE BLADES. NOT EVEN A BIT OF CARDBOARD. THE POINTS WERE POKING THROUGH THE BAG WHEN DELIVERED MAKING THIS VERY DANGEROUS INDEED. RECKLESS LACK OF THOUGHT OR ATTENTION TO SAFETY ON THE PART OF THE SELLER. PROBABLY DAMAGED SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLES PARCELS AS THEY CUT INTO THEM ON THE WAY AND VERY SURPRISED THE POST OFFICE EVEN AGREED TO DELIVER THEM.

Gardening

Bare metal badly welded and no hand protection, definitely not customer friendly. May do the job for a season if dressing pots, but wear you gardening gloves. Won't be buying again or recommending.

very crudely made, handle just a hollow pipe, welding pretty bad, both blades burned by heavy grinding to put an edge on them. better products out there for the same price.
