The product was shipped with 3 missing transformers

Easy to assemble. Bright light as advertised. Looks very good. One of the rings has a defect on the acrylic glass. Would have given it a five star rating otherwise. I have contacted the supplier and waiting for response. Will update the rating once issue is resolved depending on customer service. Update: Upgrading the rating to 5 star. The supplier was prompt and efficient with their response and resolution of the issues.

I was disappointed when i opened the box, some of the parts are missing. Only 1 LED driver inside the box.

So I installed it in my bedroom, but it's very bright white, and NOT dimmable. I really wish it was so I could keep it where it is. I going to end up moving it to a spot I really do not need a dimmable light and buy a new one for my bedroom. Its beautiful, but I need it to dim. Oh, the instructions are horrible. I got it installed but it took a bit as your kind of winging it. In the end I had to put one ring through another one to straighten out the stacking without wires getting in the way. Just took me a bit to figure out.

Installation: definitely needs 2 people!! Not the easiest to install. Brightness: very bright, kind of hurts to look at it but that’s LED. Remote control: connected to light switch. It takes 1-2 seconds to react when turned on. Quality: it’s very heavy so when installing, the circles were wobbling. I thought it was going to fall down but so far it’s holding fine. Aesthetics: look great ! It’s pretty big, I compared it to my 65” TV for reference. Recommend !
