Hoverboards would not charge.
Hoverboard was purchased as a Christmas gift for a child. It broke on the first day. ***Charge would not hold.*** The child was provided with only this one gift. Tears and disappointment,. Pretty sad scene. Still waiting to get someone in India (with computer that works) so that they could help with the return process. Do not recommend purchasing this product.

Missing parts
Opened the box and was missing some hardware. I was able to drill my own holes and made it work. My daughter hasn't rode it yet, but looks good.
