Finding that right pillow is of personal taste. Hard? soft? light? flexible? cool? warm? sturdy? etc...After many many pillow trials, eventually they give way, they get flat, they get warm and become simply a piece of fabric.This pillow differs...it's cool to the touch, and has a good height (with most I actually need to put my should and arm under the pillow, but in this case, I can just rest my head on it.The cooling: On first instance (every night), when I rest my head, its soft and cool, I do need to turn it over a few times, as I can't sleep straight away, but eventually when I do sleep, its a solid night.The pillow works as advertised, but it is personal to you (as I mentioned). However from all the other pillows i purchased over my lifetime, this is a keeper and has fast become my preferred pillow from the mountain of others that I have on standby.Cost is also suitable, but if there was one thing I would improve in this, it would be to have more cooling shredded gel inside, just to make it a little more solid and obviously cooler.Great product, nice packaging, I placed it in the dryer for about an hour or two to fluffy it up.For sure a great product.Give it a chance and see for yourself.

I have had bad experience with normal pillows that are too soft or too hard..I ordered this pillow to solve that issue.The pillow came in a great duffle bag and it was as shown in the picture. I kept it out for a day or two and it increased in size. I started using after that. After using it for a week time, the pillow's shredded memory foam adjusted to my head shape. The cover and filling are very soothing and good. I am very happy with the purchase.I have been using it for almost a month now and pillow's shape and thickness has heen perfect.

This is by far the best mix of soft and supportive pillow I have ever used. Its a great product , keep providing such great products Bloom.It takes 5 days to come to your form , hence it takes a bit of time to use it properly. Apart from that the comfort is perfect.

So, I've had this pillow for a few weeks now and it is perfect for me. I fall asleep faster and sleep better than before. The pillow is a mix of soft and firm support. It is a bit smaller than my previous pillows but honestly, it doesn't really bother me, I got used to it quite quickly. Because ot its slightly higher height, it fills the pillow cover nicely. It does support your head and it sooooooo comfortable! I love it! When you get it, when you take it out of its package, the instructions say to let it breathe so it takes its full shape back. Definitely do that! The final shape and feel says it all.

Came nicely in a duffel bag vacuumed tightly with instructionsAs advised fluffed and it gradually the pillow became bigger and fluffy for 6-7 days it kept becoming biggerAt first was bit unsure about it as it looked small... but after 1 week it just so good! And became THE favorite pillow in house and we want to buy moreIit takes the shape of your neck and head as if it’s resting on a custom made cloud !Also loved it was easy to take of cover and wash. Also very happy I could take off some of the memory foam using the zip as shown - after sometime it become quite big!Great purchase and great product!
