These looked great for Halloween. I had to add my own string because the elastic they came on was really short, if I’d hung them up like that no one would see them but that’s ok cos it means you can get the length you want

I don't expect much when ordering these types of things but was impressed with the quality. I hung them about using some gardening wire and they looked brilliant! Packed away now for next year.
