Boyfriend: A Moo U Hockey Romance

Abbie works as a waitress at the local bar whilst going to college. The hockey team are regulars and Abbie knows her crush on Weston won't lead anywhere. When it bears Thanksgiving, Weston puts a flier up advertising his availability as a date. Abbie takes his number and a date is set. What starts as a fake relationship becomes something more and the feelings between them grow. I loved this book for the characters and the chemistry between them was amazing. It wasn't a smooth path to HEA but it was a believable one. Another great book from Sarina! I can't wait for the next one

I needed some fluff in my life and this was the perfect addition, loved it from start to finish, couldn’t put it down

Weston and Abbi are perfect for each other from their first "date" to their full blown relationship. This series has been my favourite series this year and this book is just the icing on the cake. These two are so perfect together because they were friend's first and got each other out of hard situations. I cried loads for Abbi when she spoke of her mum and her passing. This is such a great book and I can't recommend it highly enough. Absolute perfection.

Abbi is alone after her mum's death. She is visiting her step-dad for Thanksgiving, but he has remarried. Abbi decides to reply to hockey player Weston's 'boyfriend for hire' ad as she has a problem with her new step-step-brother and could do with some support.Weston decides to ask Abbi to return the favour and visit his complicated family for Christmas and his sister's engagement party. His parents have gone through an acrimonious split which has put Weston off relationships.It takes a long time for Weston and Abbi to get together and initially they are in a 'friends with benefits' situation.Very sweet book for a hockey romance. Weston is a gentleman!

Don’t usually read college books but this one was actually quite good. Liked both main characters but didn’t understand why anyone would put up with a predator step brother and not tell the stepdad. Anyway good read,

Really lovely read a player who doesn't want to settle down because parents had a messy relationship and girl who tragically loses her only parent and ends up basically having no one to look out for her. Lovely story with a lovely ending, funny, heartwarming and up lifting. Definitely worth a read also a listen as audio good too.

Loved Weston and Abbi's story. They're both resilient characters that just needed to find someone who appreciates who they really are. Another Winner for Sarina Bowen.

The story is nw, fresh and original, at the same time as it falls clearly into its category. This is a, better than many, standard commercial romance.

This book is just lovely, lighthearted, swoony, spicy, perfectly addicting candy, and I loved it. It’s a hockey, fake dating romance that hits a lot of emotional buttons without much angst and was exactly what I needed to read. I couldn’t get enough of Weston and Abbi and their fall from fake dating to friends with benefits to real-deal, sweet and swoony love. There are forehead kisses, tender care, protective, possessive moments and just about the most cinnamon roll hero I’ve read in a while. It’s 5 stars for its pure happy ending goodness. 2 peppers

Abbi and Weston's story was so nice to read, their fake dating starts slowly and then they build up to real. Development was good, and their third act break up was not emotional and heartbreaking, which for me is a very good point. I recommend.

Such a great story with a very funny start!Imagine having a fake boyfriend/girlfriend for the holidays. The characters were wonderful, like I have come to expect from Sarina Bowen. Lots of fun and ups and downs that had me misty eyed and smiling.

Vlot en luchtig geschreven roman dat zich in deze tijd in de USA afspeelt. Realistisch beschreven karakters van de hoofdpersonen.

This book is a masterpiece. So beautiful, so sweet, so emotional. Could not put it down. Loved it.PS: The cover does not reflect the greatness of the story though.
