It is very flexible and stretchable good equipment for exercise normally years ago people used to do exercises without these equipments that because it takes long time to maintain but now a days it takes less time to become fit and fragile. Thank you 😊 amazon.

These are natural latex tubes. The complete set of natural latex tubes will cost you around 1300 to 1600. The ones priced under Rs 500 for complete are mostly TPE tubes. If you can afford then go for these latex tubes. However, beware not to use these on grounds / roofs with sand particles as it can cause micro tear and protect it from any sharp objects.If you are beginner then you need to watch a few Youtube videos for proper exercises routine.. as a brand fitfix never fails you. a multiple use in home and travel . carry anywhere you wish to and do not stop exercising good addition to fitfix deck. light resistance but perfect for me to use tonning tube
