I was so embarrassed. I didn’t realize we had to glue the string on ourselves. When I got this as a gift for my daughter in law I assumed it was ready to hang. So I put it in a bag with some other things. She pulls it out of the box and strings go everywhere.Gluing them on wasn’t a problem, I just wish I’d known so j could have done it prior to gifting it.

My husband passed suddenly, and I bought this to hang pictures on for his memorial spot in our family room. I bought the brown one so it would match his urn (the wooden box). I think it is pretty well made. It is lightweight but not cheap feeling. It can be hung with claw hooks, or the provided string, I chose string bc I thought it looked pretty. But the color is way off. Instead of the brown it was supposed to be it is black. Because of its delivery speed and quality I still gave it 4 stars, but I’m disappointed in the color. It looks ok on the wall so I’m not sending it back, but I was going to buy another one for my daughter, and I won’t now bc of the color. It just made me sad, but like I said, it is a good quality. But if you are looking for a color like the pictures, it is not accurate.

While this a very pretty gift- the company should have sent a White Marker with it because the White Lettering of MEMORY and HEART has come Off. Now I have to buy a White Marker to make it look Decent. BUYER BEWARE

The hearts came upside down! This company really needs to thoroughly inspect their items prior to shipping them.

The memory board arrived quickly, well packaged, and was exactly what I was hoping it would be. It was easy to add our photos, and was a beautiful addition to our memorial luncheon.
