This is a good USB hub, it works great, you can use it to charge you laptop and as well as to connect an external display, make sure your USBc is a DisplayPort, if it is not capable of that then the HDMI wont work. I have been using it for a while now and it works great no issues.

I am really happy that this adapter's HDMI out works with M1 and it also has a power in with PD. All other previous purchases worked well for the first few months and then all of them started having frequent disconnections, and as all adapters are costly yet their warranty is not really what you can avail I just end up with unusable trash. I am just hoping for this one to work for at least a year so its cost can be utilized.

Lo compré para usar un segundo monitor por el usb-c y HDMI que tiene, y la verdad que va muy muy bien. Además ya de paso lo aprovecho para conectar el resto de periféricos por USB.

Fonctionne à merveille sur mon écran de 189 cm Coupler à mon Steam deck je peux jouer aisément sur grand écran. Je le recommande vivement

Easy to set up, just plug and play. I've had it for 2 years, and no issues with it. I do disconnect it from my Macbook USB port when not in use.
