Overall I like this with the under nose mask (not the nasal pillows).

I'm not sure if I ever even got this, But if I had I bet this would be the nicest one I ever paid for.. I know I would have loved the crap out of this.

Rember to replace 3-4 times per year
I was having nightly fights with my CPAP mask and finally realized it had lost its shape to some degree. I hadnt replaced in a long time and doing so really helped.
