HeyeWildlife Paradise 2000 Teile Puzzle, Silver

I bought this puzzle because I love the picture and wanted to hang it on the wall. I bought a nice picture frame and we put it together and it had a missing piece. The company does not replace one piece but after completing some online form will send a new puzzle if the puzzle is still in stock. That can take months. I was so disappointed. We made a fake piece ourselves instead of going through that long process of trying to get another puzzle and then having to put it together again or look for the missing piece between 2000 pieces. It was fun to put it together and it is somewhat challenging but not too difficult. The pieces do not stick together once finished and come apart easily which makes it difficult to position it in a frame. Overall the puzzle is nice and quality is good. However the missing piece is disappointing and therefore I’m only giving three stars.
