You can't read it as the hands just blend in with the rest of the clock. It is beautiful, but not practical.It looked lovely in our master bath even though we couldn't see the time. Already bought another clock we can see. Will probably donate it to Good Will.

It's aesthetically pleasing, quiet, accurate and has a second hand. Exactly what I was looking for.

I keep staring at this clock because I can't get over how beautiful it is for the cost. It's elegant, vintage, and modern all in one. The details are ornate, and the gold hands are so pretty. Exactly what I was going for in my coastal themed bathroom that needed brightening up. It's just like the photos, except there's a plastic covering on the front to protect it, which doesn't bother me.

It's well made quiet it look like it's made of wood but it's Just as described in the description..
