I bought this for my 6-year-old granddaughter. She was absolutely thrilled and won't put it down. When she's not playing the guitar, she's using the mic and amp as a personal PA system. My son says I "won" her birthday with this gift. I was sure one of the strings would break, but no. It's quite durable. Please note a few things. 1) this is a toy and not a real guitar. The strings are for show, and it can't be tuned, nor is tuned like a real guitar. 2) It does not come with batteries, and needs quite a few AA size batteries, which seem to last quite a while. Overall, though, a fantastic gift for a 6-year-old.

Ok so I didn't expect a lot... but I was particularly surprised to see simple words spelled wrong on the packaging. It was a Christmas gift though so benefit of the doubt. Flash forward to it being my kids favorite gift, only to open it and none of it work!! I'd mention sound quality but there was no sound! There is no value for your money with this product.

This is a super fun toy for the kids! My only concern is that the plastic isn't very durable especially for the microphone stand.

My 6 year old loves it, but mostly bc he can connect it to his tablet and sing with his youtube videos. The guitar DOESN'T actually play like a real guitar. Just makes guitar sounds and plays music when it's touched. Kind of like a toddler version. Sound quality is pretty bad too. Sounds really scratchy ESPECIALLY if it's turned up all the way. Not really worth the $ if u ask me. It's like super cheap plastic and feels weak when you squeeze it. Even the mic stand looks like it'll crack with the slightest amount of pressure.

It plays prerecorded tunes instead of letting a beginner learn to play. Wasn’t what I expected. Beware it’s a toy not an actual instrument. That was my fault.

Terrible product, terrible customer service!! I got this as a birthday gift to my daughter she was so excited to receive it we put brand new batteries in, plugged everything in set up correctly and nothing works! Soo disappointed when contacting the seller they asked me to send them a pic to PROVE to them it isn't working! That I set it up right! Only offered to replace the Amp nothing else! I'm so livid to have wasted my money on this garbage and disappointed my daughter! Don't but!

We plug this little guitar into a professional amp and my son jams on it for hours. It does come with its own amp and microphone so you're all set for a concert straight out of the box. The built-in songs are great- not annoying like most toy instruments;)
