Packing
I gave it a 4 star cause it arrived dirty and it had to be cleaned. The game itself is very fun, unique and interesting. Take more pride in packing items please Amazon warehouse

Kid love it!
Good game! Easy to understand! Quick gameplay! Fun for kids 12 and under. Generally game is made well, however we received two of the same character pieces. So unsure if others had this issue or just a one time mistake.

Kids love the Zombie theme. Fun game to play.
This is a great game for young kids. My kids are huge plants vs. zombies fans, so the theme of this being “zombie” themed was perfect for their interests right now and at the end of the day it was the “zombie” angle that drew them in and interested them the most about it. I could even hear them saying things like “braiiiiiiiiins” when moving pieces and playing and then giggling. After initially reading and explaining once or twice they were pretty much on their own and off and playing. It wasn’t too complicated that they couldn’t make it up a little or play themselves self sufficiently, and I liked that as the parent. I liked that the zombies were also age appropriate- meaning there was no red blood anywhere and the initial zombie turning is explained as happening to a janitor from some “zombie slime”- so it’s not really violent for being zombie themed or gory. I do think that the directions were on a single piece of very flimsy paper- so I wish they were a little more reinforced to last multiple uses with little kids. The directions were also a little wordy for something intended to start at age 7. Some of the words in the directions were also confusing, even when mon was reading out loud to them. The directions could be improved in subsequent editions if they also used inserted pictures in addition to words- the word “manhole” for instance was confusing to my kids as they didn’t know what the “manhole” piece was supposed to look like until I told them and explained what a manhole cover was. If the directions had pictures of the pieces they are describing along with the word “manhole” it would be easier for young readers to catch on and read directions independently. The people are paper and reversible from person to zombie- and I like that the directions indicate you can strategize to stay a zombie so that if they are zombie turned they won’t sulk and cry about it. Made for some great (screen free) play time. I can see this getting a lot of use in our house. The outside box is also very sturdy for storage. I think it would be a good gift item if you already know the kids watch or play things with zombies. I wouldn’t buy it for a random kid who’s parents I didn’t know well though because of the theme of it. Overall I’d recommend it.

My twins are 11, but they LOVE zombies, so guess what?
This game was a hit, for even ‘normally, hard to please’, ‘easily bored’, 6th graders. I was honestly shocked 😮! I knew they enjoyed zombie games on Roblox and zombie movies on Disney, but it was a crapshoot, as they typically act more like 13 year olds, as they have a 16 year old big sis that they look up to. The gamble paid off! I think that that ages 7+ is a bit high and broad. I think younger kids can also grab the concept of this game and enjoy it, especially with some parental play involved. I love using family games as a bonding experience, and getting off of mobile devices and laptops, which is soo hard to do in today’s day in age. This game is fun, but I truly wasn’t sure it would be quite the hit that it ended up being. I expected it to be a bit beneath them, but I was wrong. I think many ages have the opportunity to be entertained by the Zombie chase game!! I don’t find anything ‘scary’ here, that would upset younger kids., as a mom of 5 kids, but then again, read and look at everything here before you purchase, to fully make up your mind, as I can’t speak for 100% of all little ones, but it is my personal opinion. It’s very innocent and entertaining in my.. (our) book. 5 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I hope my review was helpful :).

Fun game for kindergarten
I played this game with my son and his friends. He is 6 years old, and loved the idea of all the places 2 travel around the board. Being the zombie or the human was especially fun and we loved it and even played it multiple times over the course of a month. What struck me is the lack of depth and replayability of this game the children lost interest after four or five games of this over the course of a year. We have other games that are simple and easy to understand and play that kids love playing over and over again. This really wasn't for me.
