I’m going to admit I had never heard of Banana Ketchup, but when I did I just had to try some. It’s not what you expect. It’s tangy, like ketchup and not “banana-y” at all! tried it first on French fries, delicious! I’ve tried it on several things; hamburgers, hotdogs and even on sandwiches. It’s definitely a good taste!

Was so excited to try this but when it came in the seal was broken, the bottle was dirty and banged up, and the labels were coming off. It’s ineligible for return on top of that!

Bought this because I wanted something without the artificial yellow dye in the Baron brand of banana ketchup, and something made in the USA. The flavor of this is OK, but the consistency is more watery than the Baron product, so it's not as useful for dipping things like french fries. But otherwise I think it will be a good ketchup substitute on things like hamburgers for people with tomato allergies.So even though the texture of the Baron product is closer to real ketchup, the flavor and consistency of both products are certainly much better than all the other tomato-free options made from beets and carrots.I was worried that I would get a shattered glass jar based on all the reviews, as well as the product listing photo showing a glass jar. But I was pleasantly surprised to find a plastic bottle when I opened my Amazon package. I don't think it's the fault of this company that the package arrives broken, I think it's rough handling by Amazon. Now in general I prefer glass packaging for food items because we use too many plastics these days, but for a product like this it's more useful to have a squeezable and shatterproof bottle.

This is so good, I wasn’t expecting such a good texture and bright flavor. I saw an Instagram where someone used banana ketchup on a sandwich, but I wanted something with less sugar and no red dye. So I found this! It’s very tasty and smells nice and goes really well on a tropical/Hawaiian burger!

Just boil with 1 pound of beef or chicken chunks until tender add bell peppers and/or potatoes and you have a healthy meal when the kids arrive from school!

It smells and taste nothing like a kare-kare sauce. It has a strong vinegary/sour taste and smell. OR it had gone bad. I had to make sure it wasn't expired or stale or something. Exp info says not till 2024. I tried to save it by adding more peanut butter and sugar but that strong vinegar flavor still stands out. Not recommended.
