We used this for our 13 year old, 65 lb son who has special needs. It is a pocket diaper so you will need an insert. The velcro is very strong, and has provided good coverage both overnight and during the day. I am ordering more.

These are good but sized very small.I got a small adult size for my 8 yr old thinking it would be huge on him but it's actually too tight and I need to get a larger size.Also you need to buy the pads separately.

I ordered the 2-pack and they only sent ONE, doesn't matter because the absorbency is TERRIBLE. $22 down the drain. Buyer Beware!

The media could not be loaded.  I like the diaper but it stills leaks the pee. From the leg. You have to have a add a cloth inside so it sucks in the pee on the cloth. But its not a bad choice.

I have 11 year old special needs twins. It is not easy to find a swim diaper to fit their size! My local options are toddler or larger adult. This is perfect! They are 56 and 75 lbs and the size small fits very well. No issues whatsoever. Ignore the negative reviews and give these a try. They can be used as is for swimming, or you can add a liner to the pocket for absorption.

I bought these for my 8 year old special needs son for swimming. They fit great and are easy to put on him. I am not worried about anything leaking out in the pool.I gave it 5 stars but water does pool inside the diaper and when I take it off a large amount of water comes out, my son doesn't mind this, I suspect it might because it might be a little large for him, so I'll see as he gets bigger if it fixes the issue.
