I have a few different double end bags but this is my favorite one. Had it 6 months so far and loving it.

Carabineers are to small and cheaply made. Easy replacement. Otherwise great item.

Gives a very good workout, and I've very much enjoyed using it. Bought some hand wraps and bag gloves, I don't recommend using this barehanded unless you've already got tough hands (I don't box, I just got this as another form of cardio exercise, YMMV).Was gonna give this 4 stars because the cords are a bit awkward and need knots tied to pull it up to head level (no real adjustment available), but it was like $22 and that seems like a stupid complaint, very minor and nothing I can't fix with some replacement bungees if needed. Has been great exercise and way more fun than hopping on the treadmill, so 5 stars. :)

Once I got it setup this is working well though I've only had it in use for about 1 week.The pros* Easy to use* Quick Shipping* Good movementThe cons* Plan for more money in order to install it.* It doesn't have anchors to install. To work around this I bought some D-Ring Husky anchors from Home Depot. I attached one to a beam in the garage, and the other to a 2x4 that is weighted with a 50lb sand bag and a 40lb kettlebell. I tried to use a 40lb dumbbell and then the kettle bell but there was too much movement on the bottom, probably because of the garage floor not providing much friction* The bungees are the same length and not at all adjustable. It mostly works when I attach it to the 9 foot ceiling in the garage. I have other bungees of various lengths and I'm testing to get different heights which is working well so far.* I have concerns that the bungee clip won't hold long as seen in the picture. I just hope that if it goes I don't get injured.***UPDATE***After about a month of use at 2-3 times per week the seams split (see pic). I was able to return and get a replacement so we'll see how long this one lasts.

Positives:• The ball itself is high quality.• It comes with a small hand pump and needle. (Mine had an extra needle which was probably a mistake.)• It comes with small carabeemers that seem (marginally) adequate for the job.Complaints:• The port for inflation would be better placed where the emblem is to make it easier to find.2. You will need to buy eye screw(s) for mounting it to a door jam or beam and the floor. They should probably probably provide them with all the other hardware that comes with it to save you the trip to the hardware store. Note: I opted to buy a 25 lb. cast dumbbell rather than put an eye screw in the floor to attach the lower bungee cord. I'll be able to move it after using it and avoid tripping on a permanently installed eye screw.My biggest complaint is, both bungee cords are the same length, which will places the ball at navel/waist height. You will need to supplement the cords and figure out how to rig them to achieve the correct height, which should be at about shoulder level.Once you've got it mounted, you'll love it.
