Booda Clean Step Litter Box (Pearl)

This worked okay for awhile but over time (less than a year) the lid and the base started to not fit together well so urine would leak out the sides and onto the floor. Gross.Also, the lip of the plastic lid and base would collect urine, making for a nasty cleanup every time we cleaned out the box.The plastic is not very sturdy and really seemed to absorb the litter box smell, even with frequent cleaning. The filters to control smell didn't really do anything.As far as the size, we used this for our 2 cats - each pretty small at only about 10 pounds each. The size of the box worked well for 2 cats so no complaints there.We ended up replacing this with a more sturdy rolling litter box that's easier to clean, doesn't smell nearly as bad and doesn't catch urine between the top and bottom pieces.Like most people, I rely on honest product reviews to make purchase decisions. I had one before the flood and felt it necessary to replace when the cats moved to new house. It is great for multiple cat households and everyone thinks its a pet bed in living room not litter box! The only reason I rated 4 out of 5 is because when it arrived it was a little out of shape. Since I had one before I know they are not all like this - I still have slight difficulty in getting the top in the bottom track

Love this cat potty, it's in the bathroom next to the toilet. My cat has her privacy and you don't have to look at anything unsightly but most of all it does an excellent job of keeping the litter where it belongs...in the box. The little ramp inside is very helpful at taking litter off her paws so it doesn't track. It worked so well I bought a second one for her.

We like the way it looks and the top is lightweight, easy to remove on purpose but fits smoothly together to stay in place in between. Wide open box is easy to clean but lid and steps do well keeping mess and smells inside. This thing is pretty big, and the round shape means it won't fit well just anywhere. Mind the footprint when making your choice.

Good idea in theory, but won't work for a large cat. My cats bypass the littler tracking ramp all together and jump out through the hole right from the litter box side. There should be a small interior wall at the opening to prevent that. Also the lid is thin and doesn't snap on as securely as it should.

I bought 2 for my 4 cats. I don't use the liners in them. They are very clean and all the cats started using them right away. Most importantly, these have kept my dobermans out of the cat boxes, which was my reason for getting them. I am very happy with them.

I love these litter boxes. Ingenious design - large, tall and private. Love the color. I had to buy a second one - I have a multi cat household, and after I bought the first one the cats wouldn't use the regular litter box more. When I have company over they think it's a fancy modern cat bed!

Made a big difference to keeping my flat free from litter, but it's very bulky! Also it's not as snow white as it appears on the picture. It's more shell/cream which makes it look a bit shabby. I wish they did nicer colours for this product.
