I have suffered with Costochondritis (inflammation of the cartilage where your ribs connect to your sternum) for nearly 2 years. I went to a rheumatologist and had all the blood work done and was basically prescribed a strong anti inflammatory to get the tissue to settle down, but once I was done with it the pain came back. I started eating better and that helped minimally, but it was no life to never be able to have anything sweet or white bread ever. I started taking this every single day and for the past 4 months I have had almost no Costochondritis pain. I did not decrease intensity in my workouts and still have something sweet to eat everyday (or some amazing crusty French bread... life is too short to live without carbs!), along with a balanced diet of lots of green stuff and lean protein. I feel like I can live a normal life again. I truly believe this is what has helped me since I haven’t changed anything else. The only thing would be I also take vitamin D now everyday too. So buy this product and some vitamin D if you have bad costo!!!

I'm 65+ and fairly activate so when I felt a severe pain in my side lower back that did not go away, I was concerned. At my age the occasional ache/pain is to be expected but this was a sharp lasting pain. I could stand, stretch and even exercise but after sitting awhile, I could barely get up without doubling over from the pain. After about 2 weeks of discomfort and taking ibuprofen with no relief, I was ready to see the doctor I am one who hates to visit the doctor and luckily never has to, so this was a big deal.By chance I came across information about turmeric curcumin and how it can relieve inflammation. So I self-diagnosised (not recommended) and thought maybe the inflammation could be causing me the pain. Ordered and received this product within two days. Took it immediately and after less than a week, I felt relief. I was still careful getting up quickly from a sitting position, since that was when the sharp pain occurred. After 10 days, the pain was gone and after 2 weeks, I'm back to normal. I am continuing to take the turmeric curcumin even though I don't have to, mainly as a preventive measure and because of the other positive affects it has that I have been reading about. I rarely take any kind of medication, even tylenol, but this natural herb has me hooked. No side effects, only positive results-can it be a miracle? It was for me!!!!

Seems like quality product: smells like a real turmeric (curcumin) should be.

I've given this 5 stars, though the full story is yet to be completed. I ordered the Turmeric-Curcumin for the purpose of minimizing the effects of stiffness and pain from inflammation due to osteoarthritis. I didn't expect it to be a "quick fix"--and it wasn't. But I've been taking Turmeric 1500 mg or 1650 mg twice a day for approximately 2 months and am pleased with the relief I've received. Not complete relief at all but better than before I began it. I also found it necessary to take this with food or immediately after eating because of the Bioperine (pepper). Before ordering this product, I checked the reviews of others who had used it, a process I recommend to you.

I needed a replacement for similar product I could no longer get.These are a very good value and the packaging, labeling, expy date are excellent. They seem to work just was well as previous more expensive products I've used.I wonder why only one marketplace seller is now offering this particular size and srtength......in past there were many sources to choose from, some better price (hence 4 stars....)

I've use tumeric curcumin for 20 years. This was a change of product due to price. Still feel good. Soothes inflammation. Definitely notice difference when I run out for a few days.
