The strips really help with keeping my chin up and my jaw in place all night. They work well, along with my CPAP, to help get me more sleep and get me back to having a normal life during the day. I just put them right on without any cleaning of my face and they stay in place all night. I remove them by just pulling them off by starting in one corner, and just steadily pulling across until it comes off. I have had no issues with application or removal thus far. These are the only things that work for my sleep apnea. I can't use a CPAP machine and I've tried the nasal dilators, nasal strips and sprays. If I put these on right, and that takes some doing, I sleep almost the entire night through. They are difficult to put on but you get used to it. They hurt like heck when you take them off but it's worth it.

I used these for about a week. I usually remove the CPAP earlier than I wake up and get out of bed so I was removing these in the dark. I would leave a corner flipped over so they were easier to pull off. However, one night, I guess I wasn't slow enough in removing and it took a chuck of skin with it that took awhile to heal. Never wore them again.

Does not work.

I could not tolerate the full face mask for sleep apnea so finally ended up with the nasal pillow and a chin strap. The strap was hot and uncomfortable. Discovered chin up strips and have used for years. Very easy to use once I got used to them. No more dry mouth or chin strap. My husband, who has a mustache and short beard, uses the white chin up strips which greatly reduce his snoring. This product is amazing.

I have used Chin-Up Strips for many years to help with my CPAP therapy. They keep my mouth closed, preventing pressurized air from venting through my lips. Much more comfortable than any of the chin straps I tried. They are light and easy to remove in the AM.

I have been on CPAP for over 20 years. I have a very strong tendency to open my mouth when asleep, which is a disaster when on CPAP. I use the white ChinUp strips along with a chin strap. Either one alone is not sufficient. I have a short cropped beard, and I like the fact that the white strips come off relatively easily in the morning. Although I am not using them for snoring, I suspect they would work fine for that, since they help to keep one's mouth shut. Hard to snore with a closed mouth. Just make sure that your mouth is tightly closed when applying the strip.
