help me friends as I have a block nose all year round, would you recommend this for me?

will give you a clear nose for so long but it sounds as though you have a sinus problem. There are lots of sprays out there but some you can only take for so long. Have a word with your local chemist and they will give you the right spray for your problem.

Do these help with catarrh in the throat

H Cat, I cannot really speak to catarrh in the throat, but they certainly help loosen catarrh on the chest and free up the nasal passages. Regards Pugwash
