Thanks the movie was great.

I tried to be careful but this DVD is PAL format, unusable on my U.S. (NTSC) player. How disappointing. I loved this movie and much about it. It's a solid story well produced and performed.(Amazon - require region descriptions to be more obvious on such things, please!)

My DVD came all the way from Australia! Arrived in good condition. Worth the wait.

I have watched this move 3 times . I am glad I bought it.

The more I watch it the better it gets

The DVD is fine & the case is not too flimsy.What stands out?? The film!So edgy and dark for Disney! I think she’s drinking alcohol in the movie in o line scene after all! Make up and the characters in the costumes alone, grab you. Then add fantastic soundtrack and great character development. Also pay attention to the intro when they show the classic castle…. They even need made that ominous!

Love the movie , however this DVD won't play it's says UNSUPORTED COLOR SYSTEM ???!!!! Had to return it !

Finally got around to playing this after quite a few months and it Won’t play on any DVD player! VERY disappointing!

Bought as a birthday gift. Typed into Google and this was the top result and the cheapest.
