It's hard to find any new Ideas on the subject of self-defense, but the writer is original, no doubt about it.

I am impressed by how the author has written this ebook and how easy he has made it to follow the basics of this system. I would strongly recommend that you get this ebook.

O.K. the book is really confusing, the drawings are not to good and the techniques do not look really realistic or logical.I'm not an expert in self defense but I could not get anything use full from this book.I seems to me a little bit just written together.Some of the drawings seem to my if I has seen them in other books too.Sorry but I can just judge from my personal point of view !

The graphics were decent. The holds were good. But the end result of all the scenarios were submission holds. You have the person in a hold, now what... You either knock the person back or knock him out so you can escape. The longer the fight the more the other guy gets angry and legal problems increase.

Very useful skill information about mixed street fighting if you need to defend yourself in a complicated and unexpected position.
