Disappointed with the way my order was packed.
Disappointed when I opened the package. It was on a plastic and the black bag was also wrap in another plastic bag. One of the earring’s lock is kind of loss, and one of the lock base is a little bit bend. Maybe because it wasn’t properly packed. The items looked really special. What a shame . Please teach your customer service on how to wrap such beautiful thing.
