Does a normal size pillow case fit this?

No the pillow is slightly smaller than a normal sized pillow case but it’s not an issue.

This pillow has no dip so will it allow the head to roll to one side if you are a back sleeper

My husband is a back sleeper and he has no problems with it I have found that my head sinks in enough to give you the support you need
