I ordered a xl in this item amd received it in 2 days ad expected. I normally order a large or xl depending on the style or fit, but this time I decided to go with the size up and this skirt fits perfectly... I received so many compliments happy customer

I'm a pencil skirt obsessee. I think they are the perfect work skirt and I'm constantly on the hunt for quality ones. A lot of them are nylon and shiny and pill up after a couple wears. Also, the shiny ones are thin and you can't wear a slip under them without the slip wadding up. That is why I LOVE this skirt! It's made of a material that is almost quilted looking and it not see through in the least! No slip required! It's also not shiny, which is wonderful as I really don't like shiny skirts for work. It pairs fantastic with a blazer and the color has stayed vibrant after 3 washes. I will be ordering MANY more colors in this skirt. For sizing purposes I am 5'1" and 105 and got a S and it fits fantastic. Oh, and another bonus is that because the material is quality and thick you can't see my sp*nx lines in them! Bonus!

If you are looking for a comfortable fitted skirt that is not terribly thin, this is for you! I ordered a black and brown skirt and they fit perfectly. I am normally a size 12 and I am bountifully blessed with a beautifully rounded derriere, so I was a little worried at first with the fit. Lots of stretch is a plus! I am 5 8 170 lbs and XL is a perfect fit.

If you're thinking about buying one of those $35 pencil skirts from that "pop up party" company you should stop and have a look at this!I ordered this skirt for work. But I had no idea if it would work for me. I only took the risk because of amazon's return policy.The night before this was set to be delivered I attended a pop up party for that leggings/skirt company that everyone is going nuts for. I purchased a "cassie" pencil skirt in a taupe color at the party for $35. When this skirt arrived I was stunned to see that it was the exact same skirt, made of the exact same material, with the se waistband and hem.Thankfully, I was able to return the $35 skirt from the party and I have now ordered another color of this skirt.It's comfortable, cute and long enough for the office. I'm 5'10" and wear between 12-14 US sizing and the XL fit with plenty of room. Despite not having a slit, it was comfortable to walk and sit in. I just ordered a L and will update this review regarding the fit of it as well after it arrives.**UPDATE**The large arrived and also fits me well. It is only slightly smaller than the XL. Love both of these skirts. Both work well as strapless tops as well. And can even be used as a scarf. I expect that I will order this in several more colors.

I am 5'4 and weigh 146. I usually wear small and when I need extra room, a medium. I followed the reviews here and ordered a medium. Although it fit, my panty line was very noticeable. So I ordered the large, fits better, contours well, does not flare out but tapers in nicely at the knees. This skirt is simple but can be dressed up easily for work or date night. I bought it in 5 different colors because of its versatility. It does the job.

I love this skirt. Very slimming and easy to slip on. I am 5 ft 7.5 inches and weight 165 lbs. I got the large and it fits great. I think a medium night have been too tight. Just bought a second one in steel blue, first in black

I've only tried this skirt on but haven't worn it anywhere..... but I LOVE it!! I'm 5'9", 168 lbs, usually wear a size 14. So, I bought the size XL since folks said this ran small. It was a bit snug, especially at the waist, but I love the fit! Makes me look 10 lbs lighter. I'm going to buy another one!!!

I wouldn't recommend this skirt to anybody. The fabric is scratchy, and it's see-through. I thought that there would be no issue with the red plaid because it's all dark colours, but the base of the fabric is still white on the inside and just doesn't help conceal underwear at all. It's still completely wearable, but it's just very obvious that this skirt is cheaply made.I also find the sizing to not be inclusive enough. I'm 5'6" @ 130 lbs and the size small was still too big for me.

Ordered XL and normally wear a Medium ( waist = 31', hips = 36', bum = 40'), it is a bit lose (my fault) I ordered larger due to other suggestions on ordering way above your size. However, due to material, I suspect it may be see-through if it is tight. I would suggest someone of similar size getting a large. Worth the 10$ but fabric you get what you pay for (and have to guess your size) .

This skirt is comfortable! An elasticized waist vs an elastic band at the waist, so very comfortable and flattering - won’t cut into you.No slit of the back which I prefer, I think it gives you a better shape when it’s more form fitted at the bottom especially as I am curvier, a slit makes it boxy looking.Didn’t give it 5 stars because1. Not a cotton material so not as soft and comfortable as it could have been (my fault for not understanding the discription)2. The navy isn’t a true dark navy as the picture indicates, more of a royal blue

I actualy wear a X-L on this picture but i prefer my Large for the fit :)

I found it a little to large for me I’m normally a small so I ordered a small, wish I would have ordered an extra small. Also it is not tight all the way down and looked large at the bottom after wearing it and walking around in it for a wile.
