Cute and well-constructed!
I've had this bag for a month or so. It looks great, and is very comfortable. The best part is the zipper, which is large and satisfying to close and open. The outside feels like it's well-made, and the green body color with beige and gold (straps) highlights is very cute.I'm a student - so I use the bag for class and lots of little stuff too. Generally, in the main pocket, I carry 5 notebooks and a ton of pens; my 15.6" laptop which fits comfortably in the laptop pocket; gym clothes (whole outfit) and a towel; and if the stuff I put into it isn't too big or heavy, a lunchbox. It's a large compartment. If I didn't include the lunchbox, I would still have like 1/4th of ths area open for other stuff.Like others have said, the pockets on the outside are big too. I keep my earbuds, phone, and my wallet on one side and there's still room for other stuff. On the other side, I just have a random assortment of items like lip balm or lose change. It could easily fit a water bottle or umbrella like advertised, but I haven't needed to use it for either yet.I've only used it in a rainstorm once, and it wasn't particularly heavy - but all my stuff stayed dry.The only complaint, and this is something easily remedied if you care more than I do. The straps easily get loose if you move them the wrong way. It's a little annoying, but nothing damning.Great bag.

Bag can hold more than I can carry (LOL)
The material that this bag is made from is very sturdy. The zippers are big and don't really glide very easily, but they seem like they will hold up well. The inside storage is well-designed with plenty of pockets for small items and still leaves room for larger items. As I stated, it can hold so many items that it can get pretty heavy to carry, but the bag itself is lightweight when empty. I love the way the top opens wide so that I can easily put items into the bag, but I can also see everything in the bag and don't have to dig around in it trying to find items. The three outer pockets could be a little bigger and the openings easier to get into as there is no give in them (perhaps some elastic material would help). The only truly weak spot on this bag is where the backpack strap adjustments slide in the hardware. They slide easily but almost too easily as they almost slide all the way out of the hardware. I fixed this by putting a safety pin in the strap material that stops it from sliding on through. Overall, I love this bag!

Great daily backpack!
I'm a college instructor and use the smaller/medium sized bag for several textbooks and my laptop. I plan to use it at my office job as well.Pros: It's very cute, good amount of storage and pockets, large cup holders, sturdy and well-made. I've successfully cleaned off coffee and pencil stains with a Clorox wipe. It is much more compact and structured than traditional rounded backpacks. Worth the price.Cons: Because of the square shape, it's slightly hard to maneuver at times. I find it nearly impossible to swing it slightly forward in front/side of me on one shoulder to reach into the small front pocket. I have to fully take it off to open any zippers or pockets. It also doesn't really stand up on its own if you have more than a light notebook in it, because the weight of the items always tips it to one side. Overall, I still think it's worth it!
