I don't think so. It tightly fit my 7

Does it offer good s pen support or is my 2 year old going to pull it off and lose it?

The pen snaps pretty snug in it's spot on the back of the case, and the pen connects magnetically to the tablet and won't just fall out under normal carrying conditions. However, it is easy to access and doesn't take a lot to pull out from the case. Two-year-olds are likely to be able to spot the pen and get it loose, unfortunately.
