I don't normally write reviews, but I felt I had to with this one. Especially after seeing the 1 star review for a couple of broken strings (that is user error!).I've had guitars on and off for over 40 years. One of the reasons I had stopped playing was injury and arthritis. I recently discovered that my hand was starting to come back. I wanted an acoustic again, but I didn't want to invest too much money since I'm not sure how committed I am to this. This guitar ticked off enough of the boxes for what I was looking for.It arrived a day late via USPS with only the guitar box. No outer box. Found that a bit odd, but everything was OK. I was expecting delivery via Amazon Prime truck. All accessories listed were present.The build and finish quality were surprisingly good. I was not expecting it to be as nice as it was. Once tuned up, sound quality is quite good. Even with the junk strings that it comes with. Do yourself a favor and once you decide that you're keeping it and it's out of the return period, put a good set of strings on it. They'll work to get you started, but really should be changed sooner than later. It's holding a tune quite well.One tuning machine needed a slight adjustment. The tension was slipping when it got close to tune. The neck will require a little adjustment to the truss rod. No big deal for either. The frets were all nice with no rough edges.The included electronic tuner is....... odd. Sometimes it fails to pick up anything. This is where user error comes in on that 1 star review. With a little reading, I discovered that the electronic tuner has modes for Chromatic, Guitar, Bass, Ukulele and Violin. It is somewhat difficult to tell what mode you're in so look carefully. Use the wrong mode and you WILL snap a string, no matter what brand string you're installing. Once I made sure the tuner was in either Chromatic or Guitar mode, it worked fine.

Guitar was dirty .. like it had been used ... Also, it had only 5 strings instead of 6 and the extra set was also missing one..

This instrument is good. Although it was cost effective, I believed that I would have serious tuning problems. It tuned very well and the pins stay tightly in place. This guitar has a bright vibrant sound. I recommend it for beginners, and anyone who would like the sound of a stringed instrument.

When I bought this guitar for the first the string broke while tunning, so I replaced the same guitar. But the second guitar also has a bad quality of strings, they also broke while I was trying to tune them.
