Awesome Product
HDMI Works great, no issues. I have my tower downstairs and ran a few ethernet lines up the wall to my TV area in the kitchen. This allows us to game in my kitchen where alot of time is spent with 3 kids. I'll start with I bought and returned 2 other manufactures products before finding this product. The first major issue I faced with the previous products is USB power. I was only able to get 1 maybe 2 of the 4 to work other manufacturers. This one worked because its powered on both ends. So I have a wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, wireless game pad and bluetooth receiver plugged in (4 of 4), and they all work flawlessly. So big + for me. Also the remote headers was a huge bonus. I'm able to turn on my computer remotely by purchasing Y splitting cables for Motherboard ATX Power Headers. Its on Amazon. I also purchased a power button extension also on Amazon, both for less then $20. I also had to get 3.81mm 4 Pin Phoenix Type Connectors which go on the headers on the boxes. Each switch / LED share a common Ground or (-) on both boxes. In the picture the computer is on and the LED is on. Its dim due to not having resistors is my guess but I'm unsure since I didn't open the box. Only thing I wish it had was a wall mounting bracket that looked nice, or some type of mounting holes on the back, or mounting ears that come off the side like simular type products have.

Stopped working after 11 months
It worked fine for almost a year and then suddenly stopped transmitting hdmi or usb. Reached out to manufacturer to get it warranty'd but thus far have been ignored. Would not recommend.

Excellent PC Gaming Solution!
I've been very happy with my move to PC gaming, but I still on occasion miss being able to play from my bed or couch. I tried everything regarding cloud gaming but the latency was awful, unplayable, and I really didn't want to pay for a handheld console just to hook it to my TV. This little device has 100% solved my problems! I had to search to find one that offered USB 2.0 for controllers and not just mouse/keyboard and this was one of the few I found that works with both. Plus having 4 USB plugs is great. I have a 75ft CAT6 cable running between the boxes and there is zero noticable latency and I am VERY sensitive to that. Being limited to 60hz could possibly be a downside for some, but my TV's are older and don't support anything higher than that anyway. For the cost, I'm thrilled to finally have a solution to access my Steam account and entire computer at a distance.

Highly functional with questionable build quality
October, 2024 Update Unit finally died. Unable to hold an image at any resolution after only 15 months, without anything plugged into the USB. I would recommend Basicolor add some kind of active cooling solution to their next model, or at least a large heatsink on the top. Diving into a beefier Orei unit next. Original Review - July 2024 My office and game room are on different floors and my PC can only be in one. I am using 4k60fps as the source and destination. I have 150' of CAT7 between the points and this device is generally doing great at bringing them together. My first test was two monitors side by side with the 150' cable between them, and the two boxes. There was zero detectable delay, even with my phone recording in slow motion. Super impressive! The transmission quality is perfect, too. No degradation that I can see, and I'm very picky. The PoE works great, though I do have power plugged into both units to hopefully maximize their effectiveness. I have my Dell monitor serving as an additionally powered hub with my bluetooth dongle, xBox controller dongle, and speaker connections routed through it and combined back to a single USB port on the hub. Regardless of config, Windows does always detect a mystery hub which I believe is the remote USB hub here. Additionally, none of the devices are able to be used to wake the PC. No biggie, but would be convenient. The downside is after only 7 months, the unit began overheating and would no longer sustain an image for more than 5 minutes without a small fan blowing on it. The image would be interrupted with a black screen though the USB never dropped, fortunately. Now 11 months in, the fan is no longer keeping things cool enough and my screen is beginning to tear at times. I believe the unit is on its way out. Overall impressed with the performance and technology, but I would have hoped for more use considering the price. Active cooling is a must for my replacement unit.

A few things to note if you intend to use this with a PS5
This largely works as advertised. Once I got it working, I can't discern any latency/lag playing games, and I'm pretty sensitive to that. I know most of the reviews on here tend to be PC users. In my case I'm using this to relocate my PS5 from my office to the basement in effort to rid an already warm room of any extra heat creating devices. A few things I ran into doing this: 1. When I first hooked it up I couldn't get any signal on my display, and couldn't figure out why. Turns out you need to disable HDCP in the PS5 menus. This might be a problem for people that also use the PS5 to stream videos from Netflix/Hulu/Prime etc. But since I only use this to game, it's not a big deal. 2. Though in the Q&A the store owner says this supports HDR, in my configuration, for the life of me, I can't get the PS5 to recognize my display is HDR capable through this device. Though it works fine if it's a direct HDMI connection. I've tried with my HDR TV and HDR LG monitor. No luck there. Not a deal breaker, but would have been nice. 3. The USB ports on the receiver end do not seem to stay powered when the PS5 is in rest or off mode. So if you intent to be able to use this to charge your controllers when the Playstation is in these states you won't be able to from this device. It seems signal must be present to enable power to the ports. Again, not a huge deal, would've been nice, but something to be aware of. Hope others find this helpful.

Questionable long term reliability
Was easy enough to setup and worked pretty well for a few months. 4 months after initially buying it now I get pretty frequent signal drops. Picture blacks then goes back on after a few seconds. Nothing changed in my setup from when it was working well to now. It does get pretty hot so most likely a heating issue. Unfortunately can't recommend with questionable reliability issues.

The best I have tried so far, good for FPS gaming
Edit: taking off a star for whatever is wrong with the red channel. Anything with red text is basically unreadable. Original review: This product has the least compression and the best latency of any of these devices I have tried. It is "not bad" playing competitive FPS over it. In addition, unlike some other products in this category, I have not noticed any obvious compression artifacts or temporal artifacts (such as flickering). It does not exhibit black crush. USB devices work very well. Another review complains it is "not 4:4:4". It probably is, but it is simply not possible to pass an 18gbps hdmi signal through ethernet cat6 without compression. And that compression may look like it doesn't quite support 4:4:4 chroma. It is far less blurry than other devices I have tried though, and the USB is very fast without noticeable latency. The LED lights it uses are bright blue and annoying though. Update 1 month: Love this thing. Was able to open it up easily and cover the LEDs. Works great as a 4k monitor as well. Text fringing seems acceptable to me at 4k. Update 2 month: Something is clearly wrong with the color red here, no idea why. On a 4k monitor, red seems like it is worse than 720p, but the other colors are fine. Only really noticeable on pure red text and images

Just want I was looking for!
I have my PC downstairs in my office quite aways away from my upstairs living area where my TV is that I like to game on. Since I sold off my Xbox and moved more to PC I wanted a way to play those games upstairs and not have to be in my office all the time. Tried everything from mini pcs with steam link and other extenders but nothing provided the picture quality or latency I was looking to achieve. This works perfect! I had run cat6 through my entire house when building just for reasons like this. It sends a perfect signal and my Bluetooth adapter and Xbox dongle work perfect. I am running through about 65ft of CAT6. One little recommendation I had to make sure to change is the refresh rate in windows. Since when hooking this up its basically another monitor the default refresh rate was set to around 29hz for my tv and this would drop the feed every now and then. I changed it to the 60hz which my tv is and have not had a problem since. Also, if using in a scenario like mine it does help to shut off the main monitor when playing so it only sees the TV. My main monitor is an ultrawide so duplicating the monitors isn't an option and extending never works properly for gamine in my opinion. Shutting it off works perfect. Not an issue for me since I shut mine off normally when I am done working anyways.

Works Perfectly (with the right cables!)
I struggled to get my devices to connect to and send data through the usb ports on this thing for days. I finally figured out it was because I was using a cat6 ethernet cable instead of a cat8 cable. Cat8 fixed the issue and this thing works amazingly now!
