I am travelling a lot, frequently flying between Europe and the US, and was looking for a travel charger that was strong enough to power up my HP Spectre laptop (90 W requirement), plus iPhone, iWatch, iPad, etc. at any voltage.I had purchased a car charger from the same manufacturer earlier this year, working perfectly.This charger appeared to be exactly what I needed for my other travels.In fact, it is just as good as the 12-24 Volt version:I never get a message from my laptop reminding me to use an original charger. This means the BatPower charger produces enough juice. A huge plus is that it is capable to charge additional devices at the same time through its 2 USB outlets - the HP charger is missing these, which means you always have to carry a second charger.Size and weight are comparable to the HP charger; it gets about as warm as the HP - even "at full throttle" it does not get hot; as it is very slim it fits in every bag - the cables take more space than the charger; and, it works with every voltage - you just need to take a small adapter or a second AC cable (easy to find everywhere as it is an 8 type) when travelling abroad. I highly recommend this product.

Totally not happy with this product. Poor quality and no service for a replacement. Very disappointed

Perfect for my travels...Bought this as I have killed several of the original MS surface pro and surface book PSU's (which, IMO are flawed, or, intentionally 'designed' to break when being transported).This unit has the key advantage of being small*, having plugs for both power-in and power-out - which means no stress on a fixed moulded cable when tumbling around in my work bag.* the size does mean it gets quite hot when fully loaded (such as powering the Surface Book, and charging a couple of USB appliances).Having met my key requirement, the extra USB port (including a quick charge port) is a bonus. The MS surface psu has a lame attempt which can only slow charge my phone. Both of the ports on this unit will either fast charge or quick charge compatible devices.My only gripe is that the fast charge and quick charge ports are not labled (the product image and manual show them in different colours). I forget which is which.Leads: comes with two very high quality heavy duty leads. Although I did end up buying one 'accessory' lead, which allows me to connect from the USB C main output into the Surface Edge connector port... although the Surface will charge using the supplied lead (via the USB C socket), it consumes my only USB C socket on the PC and I can't connect to a monitor while charging.LED: not sure what is going on with the LED... it is Green when not connected to any devices, and I have not noticed any scenario where it does not go to Red when in use.The unit has given me several months and a lot of air miles worth of service, with no apparent degradation. Even the leads are still pretty immaculate.

Le produit est génial ça répond au besoin d'un minimaliste... C'est l'iphone des chargeurs. Il manquerait plus que une version avec une batterie intégrée de 10000ma et vous avez le produit parfait en toute circonstance.
