This nasal feature is a better one than I originally had (a hard plastic one that fit over the bridge of my nose). This one is a perfect fit, comfortable, and it stays in place. The bridge of my nose if FREE from pain and nightly bruising. I had to update the other parts of my face mask to fit this piece. In all, I spent around 30.00, and I am thankful because I needed a doctor's apt. and a new RX to get my replaced.

Great if you have a husband with a big face that makes wearing a larger mask uncomfortable. The pressure from a mask left tender spots/sores at the bridge of the nose but these cup the end of the nose/under nostrils well without soreness. It cleans easily. This gets washed with a mild anti-bacterial soap, daily, and left to air dry. We have purchased these a few times. We paired this with the headgear that attaches the hose at the top of the head so you can roll over in your sleep back-and-forth without ripping a mask off your face.
