Our gym only had 3 2-1/2 lb plates, so any time my bodybuilding honey and I were working out at the same time, and our Wendler 5/3/1 sets called for an increase of at 5lbs, we had to wait until the other person finished their reps. He’s not a romantic type of guy, but I wanted to buy him something representing something he’d done for me that I appreciated and something he could use. He wound up getting the plates early and LOVES them! Quality made! The personal trainer at our gym also loved them so much and wound up ordering 2 sets for our gym!

These are short and fat plates. They take up a ton of room on the bar. Plus they stink really bad, even 10 days after receiving them. Plus they are still getting black stuff on my hands after thoroughly wiping them down a couple times.I rather wish I had bought something else instead of these. Definitely will not buy any more. I'd love to return them.

I like the rubber coated plates but some rubber plates also have the rubber 2 inch hole so they catch the bar and don't slide onto the Olympic barbell well. Not a big deal but these have the solid (non-rubber) hole and slip on very easy. They also have easy to handle grips!!!

I like the the plates matched perfect with the equipment I already have, the only problem was that they are out of stock on the 2.5 and 5lb plates.

These weights are very solid and well constructed. The one thing that I do NOT recommend is using them as a frisbee. Otherwise, you can't beat this deal with a stick!

These plates are nice quality and arrived in good shape

Compact yet as advertised. Function well to serve their purpose for additional increments of weight on the olympic barbell.

Nice weights for home use and feel good when using like a dumbbell.
