I did not mind what color was the crystal rock yet when it was recommended to me, to control my anxieties and panicked attacks. Suitable for all type of thumb sizes, not all chakra rocks are the same. Place in pocket and when you feel anxious, rub the thumb rock until you are relaxed. No one will know.

The media could not be loaded.  Not very impressed with the quality. Rather rough edges and color not very catching. It's out clearing now so hoping the vibration is good. Sorry wouldn't order from this company again.
