Useless product, does not heat
This is a useless product. I have wasted so much water as even in 30 C weather it is not heating the water. There was no user manual in the box. I am very disappointed as I bought it based on ratings on Amazon and I find there is no Amazon support or coordination so I will have to call the Company directly

Water leaking from all sides in a new product
The media could not be loaded. I ordered two pieces and found one to be defective. The geyser is leaking water from all sides. Amazon is doing a hand to hand replacement, meaning I have to stay without a water heater in the midst of chilling winter. Getting a local plumber to fix means I loose warranty/replacement rights. I am in a real fix here with no solutions.
