This cup has a beautiful design and matches my electric kettle perfectly (from a different company). The infuser basket is well made with small holes to avoid loose tea from sifting through and making your drink gritty. The ceramic cup and cover keeps your tea hot while steeping. My only suggestion would be a design that integrates a silicon slip around the cup to allow you to hold it while hot, or sell a separate silicon sleeve that you can slide onto the cup.
