Years ago when I found out I had type 2 diabetes I searched high and low for sugar free or low sugar candy. It seems like in the last 5 years or so more companies have started making no/low sugar lines of candy and it’s made me so happy! But one type of candy that’s still difficult to find are gummy candies. It’s only been until this year that it seems like they’ve cracked the code and more companies have started making those too. A lot of lines still have that gross, chemically aftertaste and project 7 does not. It’s actually chewy like gummy candy should be and tastes like a fruity gummy candy should. I especially love their sour worms and gummy bears! Not an overpowering sour taste with a fruity aftertaste. I’ve been waiting for low sugar gummy candy for years and have tried all the new lines out there but project 7 is my favorite. I wish it was a little cheaper but heck, I’m just glad there’s finally a tasty option available! Don’t just buy a bag, buy the variety box because once you’ve had one you’ll want more and you won’t be disappointed! PS if you’re looking for a sugar free option just because or because you’re on a diet, don’t expect these to taste like the real thing. These are a great substitute for those who can’t enjoy the real thing!

Pros: These taste just like candy! I’ve ordered this pricey 4-pack at least 5 times through Amazon because they’re so good. As a fellow low-carb/keto dieter, I know how tough it is to find decent treats that feel like the real thing. Most options fall short, but these gummies are awesome. I’ve tried several brands, and these are the best so far. Cons: If you're strict about staying under 25 net carbs a day, be careful with these gummies. They can easily eat up a big chunk of your carb allowance, especially since they won’t fill you up. Personally, I limit myself to 3 or 4 pieces at a time. I know it sounds like torture, but I’ve been okay with that decision. You could definitely polish off an entire bag, but you’ll need to budget your carbs carefully. Favorites: Sour Fruit Gummies and Fruity Gummy Bears. Least Favorite: These can get hard if you don’t eat them right away, unlike the other gummies, but the taste is still great.

We ordered these in support of a favorite YouTuber, Ryan T. for creating these. But can't quite give it 5 stars. The variety pack is a good assortment of the candies to try. I love peach rings, but these peach rings had a slight bitter taste to these. We tried the sour gummy worms, and the flavor is bland, but a good sour flavor. It just lacks the flavor part of the gummy worms. The sour part takes over the rest of it. We are giving away the rest of these packs on Friday, for Trunk Or Treat. So others can enjoy these. Several ingredients can make you immediately sick AND may cause long term effects. Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews mentioning illness and look into the ingredients until after eating a bag and becoming ill with extreme GI problems. 1. Fumaric Acid: Most studies have reported gastrointestinal upset and skin flushing as common side effects; some have also found decreased white blood cell counts with prolonged use. 2. Malic acid: It is known to trigger certain side effects such as headaches, diarrhea, nausea and irritations. 3. Allulose (one of the sweeteners listed): Allulose can cause digestive issues like gas, bloating, diarrhea, and constipation in some people. Allergic reactions to allulose are rare but have been reported. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include hives, rash, itching, swelling, and difficulty breathing. Other rare side effects of allulose include headaches, fatigue, and dizziness. Apparently there’s a reason the sellers don’t stand behind their product by offering returns. BUYER BEWARE

These chewy candies were a bit tough for my preference, but my son loves them. I'm always on the lookout for sugar free candy and decided to give these a try. My quest is to find a SF alternative to the Sunkist Fruit Gem... This was not that. These are very firm... Think dried out fruit snacks. The flavor was okay. My son particularly liked the peach rings. The gummy bears were a good. .. if only they were a bit softer.

really, what more can you ask for! fibrous and low in sugar, carbs & calories. i have such a sweet tooth for gummy candy and this is absolutely perfect. one bag or even half a bag satisfies my cravings and i don't have to feel bad about it. it took me about a month or so to finish a box myself and i'm about to order another one to have on hand. one thing i will say about these candies though is that they're more like a fruit snack texture than a gummy texture. so it has more bite to it than chew, which doesn't bother me but just a note!

After reading about the detrimental, long lasting health effects of Yellow#6, artificial sugars, etc banned in Europe and other parts of the world but allowed in the USA. I began my search to find candies without dyes, additives preservatives and low natural sugar. I purchased this brand's natural chewing gum twice in Peppermint and Spearmint and was a home run hit. These candy gummies sounded promising and they offered a variety set. Wow! What a great find, I had to write a review! These are great, sour enough, sweet enough and great chewiness to satisfy my gummy sweet tooth!!! So very healthy and so very delicious, I will be ordering very often. Congrats to this company for creating these delicious, fabulous and healthy candies.

So here goes our review. My husband likes sour stuff and he said they weren’t sour to him. I thought they were very sour. The gummy worms had no flavor to them. The peach mango did have flavor but were too sour for me. The package didn’t say they were sour so that is why I was disappointed. I really wanted to enjoy these cause we adore Ryan.
